By accessing or purchasing from Silver Thistle Turquoise, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products & Made-to-Order Items

Most items are made to order unless otherwise stated. Variations in stone color, matrix, texture, and natural markings are expected and are not considered defects.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Custom work includes (but is not limited to) size-specific items, made-to-measure pieces, or designs created at the customer’s request.

Repairs & Resizing

Repairs and resizing services are performed to the best of our ability based on the condition of the item received. Silver Thistle Turquoise is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or structural weaknesses that may affect repair outcomes.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate sizing information. Incorrect sizing is not grounds for refunds. Resizing fees may apply.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include Fridays, weekends, holidays, or delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or carrier disruptions.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be received in full before production or shipment begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Silver Thistle Turquoise is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All shipments are insured for their full purchase value, and claims must be filed with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of handmade and custom jewelry:

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale
Returns are only accepted if explicitly approved in writing prior to return
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Silver Thistle Turquoise and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Communication Policy

By placing an order or submitting an inquiry, you consent to receive communication related to your order. This includes email or text communication when necessary to complete services.

Limitation of Liability

Silver Thistle Turquoise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
