Shipping policy

All shipping timelines are based on the turnaround time listed in each product description at the time of purchase. Most items are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Silver Thistle Turquoise is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, all shipments are insured for the full purchase value, and claims will be handled through the carrier when applicable.

Turnaround time refers to production time only and does not include Fridays, weekends, holidays, or delays caused by major weather events or carrier disruptions.

Chargebacks related to shipping delays, carrier performance, or delivery issues are not valid grounds for dispute once an order has shipped. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the turnaround times, shipping terms, and carrier limitations outlined in this policy.
